Iraq – Jordanian-Iraqi coordination to open Trebil border

Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Abdel Halim Freihat, Chief of Staff of the Jordanian Armed Forces in Baghdad, discussed several files with the Chief of Staff of the Iraqi Army, Major General Osman Al-Ghanmi, including opening the Trebil border port and securing the area around the port in addition to formatting a joint operations room from the Iraqi and Jordanian sides with full powers to deal with any possible attack by armed groups
