A suicidal Bomber attacks at the Sultan Ahmed Square in Downtown Istanbul killing many including Foreign Tourists.

 A suicidal bomber attacked the Sultan Ahmed Square in Downtown Istanbul today morning killing and wounding tens of people according to Turkish Medical reports.
It was announced later that most victims were German tourists and the Turkish government President Ahmet Davutoğlu sent his condolences to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
ISIS organization adopted the attack of Istanbul and it is worth mentioning that the Turkish Capital Ankara witnessed two suicidal attacks, one in October killing a 100 people and another near the Syrian borders in July killing 30 people.
