Bahrain – The Bahrain Union organizes a meeting with the first Bahraini media figure to lead a daily newspaper

At the Bahrain Girl Empowerment Association, the Bahraini Union organized a meeting titled “Bahraini courageous woman in conflict circles”, where Khawla Matar talked about her humanitarian experience in the conflict areas, noting the difficulties she faced during her mission as a journalist. Matar is the first Bahraini woman to head the daily newspaper “Al-Waqt”. She also served as director of the United Nations Regional Information Center in Cairo.
