“Rouge Camp” in Northeast Syria is suffering from the shortage of services provided to the Syrian displaced and Iraqi refugees which is about 300 families.

Bitter cold of North Syria denied the feeling of warmth to the “Rouge Camp” residents as they suffer from shortage of necessary services like all the displaced and refugees who left their homes and jobs fleeing from death and war and seeking a safe place where they are faced with shortage of food, warmth and medical care.

The children of the camp suffer from the absence of medical care which led to the outbreak of epidemics and dermatological diseases as well as the educational problem due to the absence of schools and teaching programs.
