Syria – SDF advance in Raqqa

Western neighborhoods of Raqqa-Syria 13/6/2017

The Syrian Democratic Forces managed to penetrate the first lines of defense of ISIS in the city of Raqqa, where they took control of the western neighborhoods of the city which are 3 kilometers from the city center. They also controlled the neighborhoods of Al Sabahia and Al Dar’ia from the west, and also imposed a fire control between the neighborhoods and the center of the city.
