The security services in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, set up a security plan to secure and protect the city in cooperation with the Presidential Guards after the recent events witnessed in the capital and the expulsion of the armed groups of the Rescue government led by Al-Ghawail and the control of the forces of the internationally recognized National Accord government led by Al-Sarraj
