Tunisia – Peace returns to Tataouine after clashes between protesters and security forces

On Tuesday morning, calm returned to Tataouine, south of Tunisia, after a night of clashes between protesters and security forces, where the national army units guard the public institutions after the withdrawal of the security forces, after a number of their security headquarters, in addition to burning a number of their vehicles. Negotiations are expected to resume today between a government delegation and representatives of the protesters.
