The Barzkan Festival is held in Al-Kef, Tunisia, during the first two weeks of May each year to celebrate the customs of the ancestors and celebrate the launch of the harvest and weddings season. Barzkan is a dish cooked on the Berber and Andalusian styles and decorated with nuts and dried fruits and various spices.
