Tunisian Minister of Culture “Mohamed Zein El Abidine” opened the fourth session of the Carthage Musical Festival in Tunisia in the presence of members of the Tunisian government, MPs and a number of ambassadors, as well as artists, musicians, producers and creators from different countries. The festival hosts several official competitions and the most important is the Arab and African Music Competition.
