Palestine – Burqin Church is the fourth oldest church in the world

In the town of Burqin, southwest of the city of Jenin in the West Bank and on one of the high hills, St. George’s Church or as it is called Burqin Church, was built in the early 4th century. It is the fourth oldest church in the world and it was the incubator of the miracle of Jesus when he cured ten people who had been infected with leprosy, which is mentioned in the Gospel of St. Luke, and from this incident the Church derived its religious and historical significance.
