Bahrain – Bahrain seeks to reduce the import of flowers

In order to reduce the amount of imported flowers to the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Ministry of municipal affairs and urban planning encouraged the agriculture and planting of different kinds of flowers in the country with the provision of all necessary ways to maintain continuity of life of unique kinds of plants. Despite the unsuitable Climate, Bahrain provided incubators for flowers to provide basic needs of climate and special fertilizers for the normal growth of plants.
