The “Women in the Technology Sector” forum for the Middle East and North Africa region held dialogue sessions on Tuesday at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Prominent leading personalities participated in the forum including researchers, specialists, thought leader, representatives of international organizations and female entrepreneurs.

The forum involved an awards ceremony, during which a number of female entrepreneurs were awarded.

The forum discussed topics with focus on the pioneering role of women in the fields of scientific research and technological innovation, encouraging women to engage in the field of modern technologies, in addition to the leading role of women in various aspects of life and their contribution in leading society.
