Storyline
CEO of Sport Cities International Tunis, Afif Bedjaoui, and the executor, head of the Bukhatir Group, Salah Bukhatir, announced in a press conference, held in Tunis, that the first part of the project “Cedar” Residential Project has been completed.
The SCIT, Located on the north shore of Tunis Lake, covers an area of 251 hectares and holds great hopes of employment opportunities for thousands of Tunisians.
The project includes five-star hotels, a shopping Mall, a golf course, a sports academy, educational institutes, residential villas & townhouses, residential buildings, a public garden, as well as offices and shops.
The overall cost of the project is expected to reach $5 billion, to be completed by 2032.
