Palestine – Gazan Graduated Girls Reclaims Agricultural lands

Determination led a group of Gazan girls who hold academic degrees to create job opportunities for themselves by reclaiming agricultural lands, challenging their community customs and traditions and the high rates of unemployment and the lack of job opportunities for university degree holders inside Gaza Strip during the past 15 years. The Girls are cooperatively working in a team to revitalize one of the uncultivable lands of Deir al-Balah, and return to useful land for the community again At the beginning of the project, it included the cultivation of mallow, pepper and corn, and they are preparing to plant winter and summer fruits according to each season, as they are also preparing to plant seasonal winter and summer fruits according to each season, while the team aspire to expand the project to attract the largest number of unemployed university graduates.
