Height or body size is enough to face the hardships of life. In Gaza, the 32-year-old Haitham El -Sakka, with dwarfism, is one of the most important employees in a British association concerned with refugees inside and outside Palestine, his work focuses on promoting health care for the Palestinian citizen, as his family had a great role in supporting him in facing life. Haitham recounts that most of what he suffers is a lack of his rights, as he faced many problems at the beginning of his life. El-Sakka works out daily, including physical fitness and lifting some light weights in proportion to his weight and height, as in 2009 he participated with the Palestinian national team in athletics for people with special needs.
