ISIS renewed activity in the outskirts of Mosul

Armed ISIS members attacked Peshmerga and national groups’ locations at the outskirts of Mosul where fighters are being trained by Turkish trainers. The organization used mortar shells on Zuleikan camp of northern Mosul as well as using bomb cars on Alnawran region of Nineveh plains.

ISIS organization performed several attacks from different axis of Northern Mosul; the organization used mortar shells on Zuleikan camp killing and wounding a number of fighters and Turkish trainers.

The organization also sent 9 bomb cars but the Peshmerga forces were able to stop it around Bahshiqa, Khazer and Nawran.

This attack is the first of its kind and came with the media hype after the entrance of the Turkish forces to Iraqi land.
