Bahrain – Bahrain to send humanitarian aid to Afghanistan

Under the directions of Bahraini King, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, The State of Bahrain has sent urgent humanitarian relief aid to Afghanistan, with the Royal Institution for Humanitarian Works in charge of supervising it. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, The President of the Foundation, emphasized his country’s support for the Afghan people in their humanitarian crisis, as it works to prepare a shipment of aid containing relief and medical materials. The assistance shipment is part of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s efforts to strengthen worldwide solidarity and is based on the brotherly and humanitarian ties that unite the various peoples of the world.
