Libya: Winter is closing in on Tripoli’s IDPs

IDPs who had fled Torga for fear of reprisals against their persons for their allegiance to the late Libyan leader Qaddafi, have been camped in Janzour, one of Tripoli’s western suburbs, ever since the Libyan ‘revolution’ broke out in 2011 and the violent death Libya’s ruler met on the hands on his own people.
