Turkey – Syrian refugee turns damaged objects into art

Ahmed Al-Jundi is a Syrian young man, lives in Istanbul and works in a blacksmith’s workshop. Despite the difficulty of work and the long working hours, young Ahmed devotes his day off to turn, in an innovative way, the waste of the blacksmithing, as well as the waste of the neighboring wood workshops, into unique artistic pieces and tools. Al-Jundi is looking forward to being able to launch his workshop for the manufacture of these different art pieces.
