Mongolia – The closure of schools causes poor educational attainment for children

The educational attainment of a large number of Mongolian children was affected by the spike of Covid and consequently the closure of schools and kindergartens for the second year in a row, as the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 were postponed. Parents of students pointed out that although their children watch and follow their lessons via television and Internet However, they suffer from severe poor academic achievement.
