Palestine: An Engineer Innovates a Smart Eyeglasses for People with Hearing Impairment in Gaza
Nadia Al-Khatib, a smart engineer in Gaza, decided to relieve the suffering of people with hearing impairment, hearing loss, or deafness by inventing smart eyeglasses that translate sounds into a written language. Through microphones, sounds are recorded and translated, and on the lens of the glasses, the written language is shown so the receiver understands what is being said.
