After a series of talks and meetings with the three presidencies and political leaders, the Palestinian Foreign Minister, Riyad al-Maliki, concluded his two-day visit to Baghdad, Al-Maliki made it clear that his visit to Iraq was fruitful and significant at this time especially amid the Israeli ceasefire. There was condemnation and denunciation of the aggression against the innocent. Al-Maliki pointed out that he received all kinds of support from Iraqi, not just at the political level, but also in other fields to support the Palestinian cause, adding that the recent events had unified the components of the Palestinian people in Gaza, Jerusalem, and the West Bank, emphasizing that the visit of the foreign ministers of Egypt and Jordan, and the US Secretary of State to Ramallah is important, and it must invest in reconstructing and lifting the siege on Gaza.
