Jordan – Cairo, and Amman emphasize the importance of creating a political horizon for the Palestinian cause

On Monday,  the Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi,  and his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, held a joint press conference in the Jordanian capital, Amman. The two sides stressed working to find a political horizon to achieve a substantial solution to the Palestinian cause. Safadi stated that the ceasefire must be guaranteed and any provocations in Jerusalem stopped. Sameh Shoukry, for his part, emphasized that Cairo is collaborating with Amman to protect Palestinians rights in pursuing the two-state solution.
