Tunisia – A wave of disputes as a result of the government’s announcement to follow the austerity policy.

Tunisia is recently experiencing a state of economic and political confusion, especially with the expansion of the gap of differences between the General Labor Union and the Tunisian government on its orientation towards freezing the employees’ salaries, and the declaration of Prime Minister Yusuf Al Shahed to follow the austerity policy with regard to the country’s budget for the year 2017.
