Palestine – The shelling targets a residential square near the Egyptian embassy in the Al-Rimal neighborhood

The Israeli army launched a series of heavy raids on Al- Rimal neighborhood in Gaza, killing 27 people and wounding 50 others, the majority of them were children and women. According to medical sources, 13 Palestinians from one family were killed after their apartment was targeted near the Egyptian embassy. The raids, characterized as ferocious, caused massive destruction in the targeted areas and the house and properties of citizens, as well as a total electricity outage in the neighborhood, while rescue crews continue looking for survivors or victims under the rubble of homes brought down by the bombing. Meanwhile, the Israeli army said that 200 warplanes struck more than 90 sites in the previous 24 hours, destroying an entire residential square in Gaza City.
