The idea of “food Train” was created by both soldiers Khaldoun Barghouti and Abdel-Rahman Al Bibi, from within the walls of Israeli prisons, where establishing a mobile restaurant was something they dreamt of during the period of their detention, the idea saw light as soon as they got out of jail, with the assistance of the institutions concerned with the affairs of Prisoners in addition to friends contribution, they were able to develop the idea of the food train.
