Syria: Launching the First Kindergarten In Raqqa To Help Kids Overcome the War Trauma Under ISIS

In an attempt to mitigate the war trauma that kids endured during ISIS rule, the Al-Raqqa Civil Council of the Kurdish Autonomous Administration inaugurated a kindergarten in Al-Raqqa north Syria. The kindergarten principal, Maha Hamdan illustrated that the place offers classes in various fields, such as Arabic, English, Math, and sciences along with recreational and musical activities. This kindergarten, which is the only available one in the region, is open to kids aging between three to five.
