42

Mongolians voiced their concern about the high rates of poverty caused by the 14-day lockdown imposed on Ulaanbaatar since April 10th, which was expanded to May 17th to curb the spike of Covid, as a substantial number of workers lost their jobs and sources of income due to the continuing lockdown and the stop of buying and selling. The number of people infected with Corona rose to 37,285 cases, while the number of deaths reached 115, which is a serious indicator in a less than 4 million people country.
