Palestine: Palestinian Candidate Lists Warn of the Legislative Elections’ Delay
Following a decision to postpone Palestinian legislative elections scheduled for May 22, electoral list members declared their utter rejection of the delay, adding that they would fend any attempt in this regard. Senior Hamas leader Ismail Radwan announced that a set of collective decisions that aim at fending the danger of delaying the elections and underscoring the necessity of holding such elections in Jerusalem. The top of which included constituting a legal committee representing all candidate lists, in addition to conducting consultations with the international community and senior active figures.
