Tunisia- A Third Coronavirus Wave Hits the Country as Tunisians Refuse to Get Vaccinated
As the third wave of Covid 19 hits Tunisia, reported cases and death toll have been surging exponentially. The British Coronavirus variant, which has swept the region, is deemed the most vicious since the outbreak of the virus. Aman Allah Al-Masadi, member of the Scientific Committee to Combat Coronavirus, illustrated that more than 298 cases have been reported along with a death toll of more than 10 thousand. This was exacerbated as hospitals reached their full capacity. It is worth mentioning that Tunisia has launched a vaccination campaign since the mid of March, but people were reluctant to get jabbed
