Tunisia – A Tunisian revives the use of the Italian mill
Ziad bin Madi, a young man from the Nzala area in the Zaghouan Governorate, holds an academic degree yet unable to find a job; therefore, an idea to revive a mill from the Italian colonial era in the early 1950s popped up in his mind. Luckily, the lockdown period last year resulted in the Covid pandemic pushed him to maintain the mill to produce flour for the people of the area, and He succeeded in this challenge, gaining a reputation that attracted customers to purchase the mill’s products because of their high quality.
