Ramallah Municipality opened “RETURNS” exhibitions within the activities of Qalandia International Festival 2016, in three historic buildings in the old town of Ramallah, as part of a strategy set up by the municipality in cooperation with a number of local and international institutions, to revive many of the old buildings that were abandoned by their owners in the city.
