Turkey – Knife attacker shot in front of Israeli embassy in Ankara

The Israeli embassy in the Turkish capital of Ankara was attacked by an armed man on Wednesday, where the embassy guards fired at him and wounded him in his leg before he got to the embassy building, and no other injuries were reported. The attacker was armed with a knife and ran toward the embassy, while calling cheers as reported by Turkish officials and eye witnesses. A large number of Turkish police vehicles were seen at the scene, and the road that leads to the embassy was closed.
