Tunisia: Elham Narrates Her Story in Producing Tunisian Chocolate as She Strives for an International Recognition.

Amid high unemployment rate in Tunisia, with at least 750 unemployed,  Elham Al Kaabi, a 20 years-old woman, was able to make her own living after she left school. After she received a certificate in the food manufacturing industry, she sought to learn the techniques used in producing chocolate. However, with no capital to start her own business, she used her own house kitchen, where she mixes chocolate and dry fruits with various colours and unique flavours. Despite the hurdles surrounding chocolate production, she insists not only  in making her dreams come true as to establish a chocolate factory, but she also strives to be internationally known, as to sell her own chocolate brand
