Palestine – A pocket of hope through the Art and International Language Center
Caza strip-Palestine 11/08/2016
Gaza is portrayed in two ways, people dressed in green sending missiles to Israel, or as others see it, a people surrounded on all fronts without the freedom to travel across borders. However, a young talented artist Rasha Abu-Zayed, took the initiative to open the Art and International Language Center, to share her gift with the world, so they can see another side to Gaza, beauty through a community of artists, guitarists and rappers. Rasha also wanted to give others with talent, tools to learn, express themselves and have a space to travel far away from the reality of the siege and constrictions imposed on them.
