Palestine – Gaza engineers develop an application to serve the blind

Three engineers from Gaza, south of Palestine managed to develop a smart phones application which reads the images and translate it which helps in the daily lives of the blind and rid them of Braille books. The application also works for illiterates and tourists as well as many other community components.
