Palestine: Biden’s Victory in US Elections Will Not Impact on the Palestinian Elections

Wasel Abu Yousef, a member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, illustrated that the decision to hold elections was the first since 15 years, in an aim to rearrange the inner political arena. The political analyst, Ahmad Awad pointed out the US administration under Joe Biden will adopt a different approach than what Trump’s followed but it won’t affect the Palestinian elections. He added that regional and international developments contributed in holding these elections as they had an impact in convincing different factions of the importance to be part of the elections including Hamas
