Palestine: UNRWA: We Strive for a New Partnership with the US New Administration under Joe Biden

The Commissioner-General of UNRWA, Mr Philippe Lazzarini illustrated that the agency is suffering from unprecedented financial hardships, during a press conference in the agency’s headquarter in Gaza. He also clarified that UNRWA will play an integral role in the vaccination campaign in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem.  UNRWA is looking forward to commencing a partnership with Biden’s administration. As for the food distribution program, a new system will be adopted to target those who live in abject poverty
