Iraq- Experts: Uncontrolled Entities Try to Fan Chaos in the Political and Security Arena by Striking the Green Zone

Security experts illustrated that uncontrolled armed entities targeted the green zone in an attempt to shuffle cards and fan anarchy in the security and political arena in regards to US troop’s withdrawal. Moreover, the offensive aimed at foiling governmental attempts to attract foreign investment. The military spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Rasool declared on Sunday, the green zone was hit by strikes, leaving damages in residential buildings and cars. The US embassy in Bagdad stated that the attack resulted in minor material loss with no casualties.
