Iraq: Foreign Agendas Aim at Transforming Iraq into a Battleground

Foreign Ministry Official Spokesman, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sahaf indicated that it is part of the governmental duties and commitment to offer safety and security for diplomatic missions in Iraq. He also added that the ministry coordinates and facilitates those diplomats’ duties to enhance bilateral relations between Iraq and the rest of the countries. They made it clear that the US wants to withdraw its employees and close down its embassy in light of the attacks that targe US headquarters in Iraq. Moreover, they pointed out that foreign agendas seek transforming Iraq into a battle ground, engulfed with mayhem.
