Tunisia – Tunisian ـJudge Establishes First Special Court For International

Ziad Gouma, a Tunisian judge, inaugurated the first special court in North Africa, or what is known as the “International Arbitration Center”. This court is distinguished by its competence to look into domestic and international cases and disputes through the arbitration, mediation and reconciliation mechanism. Judge Gouma to open a number of branches of this international court in a number of Arab countries. Some branches have begun to work in other countries . The judicial rulings issued by this court are effective and not appealed.
