Tunisia- Coronavirus cancels summer festivals in Tunisia and causes harm to artists

The Coronavirus pandemic did not exclude the artistic field from its negative effects, especially in Tunisia, where the Coronavirus has started to out broke last March, which coincides with the start of the artistic season of festivals, public and private concerts and weddings, after the Tunisian Ministry of Culture announced the cancellation of all summer festivals such as the Carthage International Festival, which is awaited by most artists. A number of Tunisian artists explained that the quarantine period affected them financially and psychologically and caused the cancellation of their participation in some Arab festivals, demanding that the Ministry of Culture help them until they get out of this crisis.
