Bahrain – Tehran came under pressure from Washington to release Michael White

Former Bahraini MP, Jamal Bou Hassan, said that Trump’s tweet via “Twitter” against the background of Iran’s release of a former US marine, Michael White, is a conclusive evidence of Tehran’s submission to Washington’s pressure, showing that American policy is based on the implementation of its own interests, which may lead to conclude an agreement with Iran without affecting its dealings with the Gulf Cooperation Council states, and the US President thanked Iran in his tweet, for releasing White, who has been detained for nearly two years, where he wrote, “Thank you to Iran, this shows that making a deal is possible!”
