Yemen – Youth initiatives to raise awareness of the importance of hygiene in combating epidemics

After the outbreak of diseases and epidemics in the temporary capital of Aden, as well as the coronavirus, which is killing citizens due to rain debris and garbage dumping, a youth initiative has made its own efforts in the residential city of Inma by spraying fog to control mosquitoes, sterilize the streets and remove garbage. According to its officials, the campaign aims to educate people and citizens about the importance of personal hygiene and to follow preventive measures against getting or transmitting infections, especially since Yemen in general and Aden in particular have become hotbeds for a number of epidemics.
