Karate player Norhan Saqallah (22 years) took her training place during her house quarantine period, after the closure of specialized training centers in the Gaza Strip due to the Corona pandemic, Norhan sees these exercises as a way to maintain physical fitness and prepare well for postponed tournaments until the crisis is over, Norhan turned her room into a place to record her videos during karate practice until it was broadcast on social media, after she was applauded by her followers for breaking the daily home quarantine routine.
