Syria – Contrast over undermining Russian and Iranian role in Syria if international sanctions are lifted

Opinions differed among citizens in the city of Qamishli in Al-Hasakah governorate, northeastern Syria, about undermining the Iranian-Russian role in Syria if international sanctions were lifted on them, Some of them believed that reaching international understandings might limit their role in the Syrian interior, while others felt that there would be no impact whether the sanctions were lifted or not.
