Syria- US patrols block Russians from moving within their region in Syria

US military vehicles are deployed along the international road M4 linking the Iraqi border and the governorates of northeastern Syria, as well as inside Al-Hasakah province at the entrances of its cities and the roads linking between Qamishli, Al-Qahtaniyah, Rmelan and Al-Malikiyah, with the aim of preventing Russian patrols from wandering in these areas, according to eyewitnesses, the presence of these vehicles in earlier times caused several problems between elements of the American and Russian patrols, which reached the point of fighting in the hands more than once, this is because the Russian patrol wanted to take a path that is under the influence of American power in the region.
