Russia and Turkey have launched their first patrols in the north-eastern regions of Syria to monitor the withdrawal of the SDF from the border area with Turkey, the joint patrols, which were part of the Sochi agreement to cease Turkish military operations in Syria, included armored military vehicles and a number of remote-controlled reconnaissance aircraft, the patrols were concentrated in the Al-Darbasiya area, 40 km long and 10 kilometers deep.
