Syrian regime forces shelled with artillery and rocket launchers several areas in the cities and towns of Ma’ara Harama, Sheikh Mustafa, Kafrnbel, Hazarin and Hass in southern Idlib countryside in northern Syria, in conjunction with the flight of Russian and Syrian reconnaissance planes over the area, which is considered to be a violation of the truce announced by Russia at the end of last August in de-escalation areas in the north of the country, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries and damage to many residential buildings in the area.
