Tunisia: Tunisian Italian Forum to discuss the cooperation between the two countries.
Tunisian Italian forum for business was set up in the Tunisian capital Tunis with the participation of about three hundred Tunisian and Italian Foundation to discuss theTunisian legislative climate for business and investment, particularly in the food industry, public works, construction and renewable energies sector.
By the initiative of the Tunisian Union of Industry, and the General Confederation of Italian Industry and the Association of Italian banks, the Tunisian Italian forum was held in the Tunisian capital Tunis with the presence of Tunisian Prime Minister Habib Essid and the Italian Foreign Affairs Minister Paolo Jantelaun and President of the General Confederation of Italian Industry to promote ways of cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
During this forum the Prime Minister Habib Essid stressed on looking for an effective partnership with Italy to support the Tunisian economy, calling on businessmen to support investments in Tunisia, adding that Tunisia aspires to develop the business climate and do all the reforms and complete lines of development to accelerate investment flows.
On the other hand, president of the Tunisian Union of Industry Wedad Boushmawi said that Tunisia has about 800 Italian organization that provides 60 thousand jobs which is a catalyst to strengthen relations between Tunisia and Italy so that this forum attendance record of 150 Italian men, reflecting the actual will to Italy to support Tunisia economically.
